Class Levels
Gentle Beginner
We start to learn the elements of Pilates in these classes at a much slower pace. Time is given to getting into different positions. Modifications and Adaptations are given. Props may be given to assist an exercise.
Beginner
Don't be afraid - no one was perfect in the beginning.
Focus is placed on the basic principles, breathing, pelvic & rib cage placement, shoulder mobility/stability, neck & head placement, improving mobility & range of movement around the joints and not forgetting core stabilisation to promote better back health.
